POUND is a cardio jam-session designed to release the rockstar within us all while promoting total-body fitness. Instead of listening to the music, you become the music in this full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movement.
In a POUND class, participants use weighted drumsticks called Ripstix to create the music while they work out.
KIDS Ballet_back-to-basics! This course is perfect for beginners or advanced dancers, ages 4 to 12 years old. It’s designed to help students review and strengthen their understanding of fundamental ballet techniques and terminology. Whether your child is new to ballet or wants to refresh their skills, this course will improve their posture, strength, coordination, balance, flexibility, and musicality through fun and interactive activities and while learning and reviewing classical ballet movements. Throughout this course, your child will rediscover the joy of ballet as they journey back to the basics. Students will learn the fundamental positions, movements, and techniques of ballet in a supportive and encouraging environment.
