Pre-Pointe Ballet is a foundational class designed for dancers who are preparing to begin pointe work for the first time. This class focuses on building the strength, alignment, balance, and technique needed to safely transition to pointe shoes in the future.
Dancers will work on foot and ankle strengthening, core stability, proper posture, and classical ballet technique, with exercises performed in ballet slippers. No pointe shoes are worn in this class. Emphasis is placed on correct placement, control, and injury prevention to ensure dancers are physically ready before advancing to pointe.

POUND is a cardio jam-session designed to release the rockstar within us all while promoting total-body fitness. Instead of listening to the music, you become the music in this full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movement.
